    epg with iptv list enigma2

    ok guys need help

    any one know how i can add epg data to a iptv list in enigma2

    i have converted a list as a bouquet and shows up in the channel list, just need to know how i can get epg data for that channel/channels

    you need to add the real channel/service reference to the iptv channel for the epg to show

    example
    go to your OpenWebif via your browser
    download the m3u file for channel 5
    open it with wordpad

    looks this like

    Only registered members can view code.
    you want just the bit in red

    1:0:1:1E15:809:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

    add #SERVICE to the start and your iptv stream url at the end and name it
    every : change to %3a only in the stream url

    now looks like this

    ftp that to your sat box
    userbouquet.favourites.tv
    or whatever userbouquet you are using

    restart enigma2

    epg on iptv

    bit of an old thread this as most iptv now has a good epg guide, most are using suls plugin
