Rte player on alien1

Hi my rte player will not player any more on amiko alien1 every time I try the player the box crashs . Image vix 2.1
Would be greatfull for any help on this please

first vix dont make an image for the alien range of stb, so may be best to speak to who ever did the image, other than that things have changed with on demand
