Sorry to start a few "arguments" on here so it seems, with my post. Ok my original post asked whether to go with the Mutant 4k or the Technomate 4k. Did that get an answer? Or is it just vu box or nothing.

    Thanks

Digi also has a family life, a full time job, and a 2nd job being on call for nearly 120 hours a week, so at the moment, satellite stuff has had to take a bit of a back seat, along with my skydiving which you also copy and pasted from my siggy

The 4k is running sweet, even if it does run a little on the warm side. Ill be honest though, i havent had the time to sit down and watch a full film on it

Someone mentioned about full kodi support, does any other enigma2 receiver have this? ive had a play with the kodi direct plugin in the past, and found it to be rather poor. If full kodi support IS available, ill honestly say that i think the chances of the 4D team (who actually pull all technomates strings when it comes to their linux support, this obviously excludes the open alliance images) are somewhere between zero and none

Ill post a pic of the remote and some more details later tonight
